The Foster Care Charity Shop is a community-driven initiative that collects and sells donated goods to directly support foster parents and the children in their care. Operated in partnership with the Independent Child Protection Unit (ICPU) and the Foster Care Alliance, the shop turns second-hand items into first-hand support for families who open their homes to vulnerable children.
Donated items include gently used clothing, household goods, toys, books, and baby essentials. These are either distributed to foster families in need or sold at affordable prices in the shop. Proceeds go toward vital services such as medical care, school supplies, therapy sessions, etc. for foster children.
